Boards & Commissions
The City Council of the City of Woodland Park is authorized by Section 5.2 of the Charter to establish, amend and abolish Advisory and Appeal Boards or Commissions as necessary. All such Boards and Commissions operate in accordance with adopted rules of procedures and prescribed duties delegated by the City Council.
Board and Commission members must have been residents of the City for not less than one year at time of appointment unless otherwise provided for in Section 5 of the Charter. All Board and Commission members serve without compensation
Board and Commission meetings are open to the public and copies of all records and minutes are available for inspection at City Hall.

PARKS &
RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD - Open until filled
The City Council of the City of Woodland Park
is accepting applications from persons interested in serving
as members on the City's Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Three
terms are currently open. Interested applicants must be residents
of the City of Woodland Park for at least one year and be available
to meet on the second Wednesday evening of each month. The term of
office for these positions will expire April 1, 2014.
KEEP WOODLAND PARK BEAUTIFUL COMMITTEE - Open until filled
The City Council of the City of Woodland Park is accepting applications from persons interested in serving as a member on the City's Keep Woodland Park Beautiful Committee. There are a total eight positions open at this time. Three of those positions are for residents of Teller County and the remaining five positions are for City residents or property owners/leasers. All interested applicants must be available to meet on the first Monday evening of each month.
Application forms are available by click here or at the City Clerk's office in City Hall, 220 West South Avenue in Woodland Park. Completed applications are submitted to the City Clerk's office not later than 5:00PM on June 30, 2011. Applications may be personally delivered to the City Clerk's office at City Hall; delivered by FAX at 719-687-5232; or delivered by mail to the City Clerk at PO Box 9007, Woodland Park, CO 80866.
