BODY SCULPT
This one hour total body workout is designed to improve muscle tone, increase core and muscular strength and flexibility. Have fun and increase your metabolism at the same time. Participants should bring hand weights, stability ball and resistance band to class. All fitness levels are welcome!

3 to 10 lbs hand weights (which ever size you are most comfortable using), workout mat, fitness ball and bands |
