US FIGURE SKATING BASIC SKILLS

The US Figure Skating Basic Skills program introduces skaters to the fundamental skating skills that will enhance enjoyment for the recreational skater, as well as provide a strong foundation for advancement to higher levels for those interested in going further.  The curriculum consists of eight levels of advancement, which includes forward & backward skating, stops, edges, crossovers and other basic moves and turns.

Location: Meadow Wood Sports Complex Ice Rink
Day: Wednesday
Age: 5 years and older
Time: 4:15 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. - Beginner
  5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Intermediate/Advanced
Session I: January 5, 12, 19, 26
Session II: February 2, 9, 16, 23
Class Fee: $50 per session
Class Size: 5 -15
