FLOW YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Start the week with a one-hour Yoga class, designed to relax and rejuvenate you.  We will practice Hatha Yoga poses, which can help to increase flexibility, balance, and circulation, improve posture and help build muscle strength.  We will work on breath awareness and your body/mind connection.  Please bring a workout mat, towel or small blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
