FLOW YOGA:  STRENGTH, BALANCE & STRETCH

This one-hour intermediate class is designed to provide you with the benefits of traditional Hatha style yoga and the benefits of exercise.  You will work up a sweat, learn 40+ poses, increase flexibility and balance, improve your posture, build strength and increase your body/mind connection.  Please bring a workout mat, towel or small blanket to class.
