EAGLES & ICE MINI TOUR - 11 MILE CANYON, CO

Join us for a chance to photograph bald and golden eagles along spectacular Eleven-Mile Canyon south of Lake George! Later that morning, we'll concentrate on shooting the myriad of ice formations and other scenery along the South Platte River. Please meet at the Ute Pass Cultural Center rear parking lot by 7:45 a.m. and we'll caravan together. I'll show you some of the best spots to shoot in the area and will be available to assist you in technique or composition. Please bring your own transportation (regular vehicles are OK), water, warm clothing, camera gear and plenty of film or memory cards. Those with SLRs, bring all your lenses - you'll have a chance to use them all! Eagles are best photographed with a 300mm, or larger lens. Please bring extra batteries for your camera. Be prepared for a great time! Non-photographing spouses or family members are welcome to observe at no charge. Absolutely no animals allowed on this tour!
