BRITISH CHALLENGER SOCCER CAMP Please check the April - September Guide coming in March 2009 for information regarding the next British Challenger Soccer Camp for kids.Challenger has developed one of the most innovative methods of coaching in the U.S. While we focus on teaching key techniques and technical components of soccer, we are also committed to developing the whole child. We coach soccer skills within a framework of character development based on respect, responsibility, integrity, leadership and sportsmanship. We offer cultural education too! Our ever-popular Camp World Cup Tournament allows us to introduce players to the geography, traditions and cultural of other great soccer playing countries. The coaches are professional, amazing and outgoing with very cool "British" accents. Camps include a ball and t-shirt.Session Descriptions:First Kicks: Ages 3-4. Small coaching groups. Young players are introduced to game basics through fundamental activities, games and fun soccer challenges. Parents are encouraged to join in and help guide their child through this fun learning experience.Mini Soccer: Ages 4-6. Small coaching groups. Fun games, competitions, skill-building activities are designed to enlighten and develop budding players.Half Day: Ages 6-16. Emphasis is placed upon individual skill development and mastery of core techniques through individual and small group practices and coached games.Full Day: Ages 8-18.
