Woodland Park Detectives The Woodland Park Police Department's Investigations Team is primarily responsible for investigating felony/misdemeanor crimes that are committed within the City. The Investigations Division is led by Sergeant Detective Jim Halloran and Detective Tom Kinney. These detectives have received specialized training in interview & interrogaton techniques, evidence collection, criminal procedure, search & seizure requirements and rules of evidence.
