1. If my payment is made after the due date, is there a late fee?

Yes, a penalty of 10% of the past due balance will be added to your account.

2. Are there any deposits or start-up fees?

Yes, the city requires a $45.00 refundable deposit for renters and charges a $5.00 non-refundable application fee on all new accounts.

3. Where can I make a payment?

You can drop a payment off at 220 W. South Avenue, which is located directly across the street from the Pine Street Post Office. For your convenience there is an after hours drop box in the main entrance to City Hall.

4. Am I able to automatically pay my bill each month using my checking account?

Yes. If you would like to have your payments automatically paid each month through your checking account, please contact our customer service department at 686-9680.

5. Can I pay my bill with my credit card?

Yes. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. You can come into the office to pay by credit card, or call 686-9680 to make a payment over the phone.

6. Do you have a level-payment plan?

No, the City of Woodland Park does not currently offer a level-payment plan.

7. Who do I contact to start or stop service?

Please call our customer service department at 686-9680 or send an email to: tpassafume@city-woodlandpark.org. We require 48 hours advance notice to stop or start service.

8. Who should I contact to report a water or sewer break?

During regular business hours (M-F, 8 am to 5 pm) please call 686-9680 or 687-9246 for emergency response to a water or sewer break. After hours or on weekends please call the Police Department at 687-9262 to report a water or sewer emergency.
