MAIN STREET COORDINATOR -PART TIME
The City of Woodland Park Office of Economic & Downtown Development is accepting applications for a part-time Main Street Coordinator. This part-time position is responsible for assignments relating to the objectives of the overall Main Street program, to include the Work Plans of the four Committees: Organization, Promotions, Design/Historical Preservation, and Economic Restructuring, as directed by the City of Woodland Park Main Street Board. Position will include attendance at Main Street Board of Directors meetings, reports, Main Street records, pursuit of fundraising opportunities, administrative tasks and other Main Street activities.
Candidate must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the government and business relationships that are unique to small mountain communities and be attuned to the issues confronting downtown businesses.
Currently expected for this part-time position will be 20 hours per week.
Hiring pay will be $18.00 per hour. No benefits will be included in this part-time position. Resume and City application are required.

FIELD SERVICES MAINTENANCE WORKER II
The City of Woodland Park Utilities Department is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Worker II position in the Field Services Division.
Primary duties include water meter installation, meter reading, utility locates, repair of water and wastewater pipelines, high water use investigations, fire hydrant maintenance and repair, sewer cleaning and videoing, water and sewer main taps. Normal workweek is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Periodic on-call duty and emergency work required. Maximum 40 minute emergency response time required.
Must have high school diploma or GED, good health and ability to routinely lift 70 lb., valid driver's license, Class B CDL, good driving record, and ability to achieve lowest level water distribution and wastewater collection certifications within 1 year. Two years of related experience desired.
This position is a Grade 6 with a starting annual salary range of $35,392- $39,521, DOQ, plus excellent benefit package.
