DEPUTY CITY CLERK/ASSISTANT TO CITY MANAGER, MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL


The City of Woodland Park is accepting applications for the full-time position of Deputy City Clerk/Assistant to City Manager, Mayor and City Council. This position assists the City Clerk in the administration, coordination and management of operations of the City Clerk's Office according to and as set forth in the Woodland Park Municipal Code and the Colorado Revised Statutes (duties to include administration and management of records management, liquor licensing, and coordination and administration of elections); also provides administrative assistance and support to the City Manager and the Mayor and City Council.  In addition, this position supports the Municipal Court functions as set forth in the Woodland Park Municipal Code and Colorado Municipal Court Rules, and may serve as the Court Clerk in the absence of the Court Clerk.  The position reports to the City Clerk.

MAINTENANCE WORKER I PUBLIC WORKS - PARKS, BUILDINGS & GROUNDS


The City of Woodland Park is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Worker I position, in the Parks, Buildings and Grounds Crew. Duties consist primarily of performing routine maintenance of the City's parks, playgrounds, and other landscaped areas. The successful candidate will perform lawn and field area care, mowing grass, baseball and soccer field preparation and maintenance, irrigation development and repair, refuse clean-up, watering, trimming, pruning, building repairs, snow removal during winter months and other maintenance tasks as assigned.

 

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, the ability to drive and operate necessary equipment, and the ability to lift loads weighing up to 50-lbs. This position is a Grade 4 with a starting salary of $28,704.00 plus an excellent benefits package.

PARKS AND RECREATION SPORTS SITE SUPERVISOR

The City of Woodland Park Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for the Sports Site Supervisor position. This permanent part-time position is responsible for the day to day supervision of gymnasiums, fields and other facilities associated with youth and adult sports. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends, enjoy working with people, possess excellent customer service, have working knowledge of sports and the ability to perform a variety of routine clerical work in keeping official league standings, accident reporting and assisting the administration with standard operating policies and procedures of the department. $10.00 an hour.

The Woodland Park Police Department is accepting applications for the position of a full time dispatcher. Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma. The applicant must pass a background check, polygraph, psychological evaluation and drug test. The applicant must be able to work a shift schedule, to include nights, weekends and holidays. The annual salary for this position is $34,732, plus excellent benefit package. Emergency Medical Dispatch certification is preferred and could reflect the starting salary.
