Gluten Free Baking
Have you or a family member been diagnosed gluten-intolerant? Are you embarking on a gluten-free diet? This series of three classes will introduce you to Gluten Free baking. You can take any one or two or all three classes. We will bake gluten-free muffins, flatbreads, and finally yeast breads in these hands-on classes. There will be information on gluten-free ingredients and where to buy them, simple substitutions for common recipes and detailed information on the various gluten-free flours on the market. You will take home several recipes from each class.
Class 1: Gluten-free muffins and quick breads
Class 2: Gluten-free flat-bread, pizza crust, and pie crust
Class 3: Gluten-free yeast breads including cinnamon-raisin bread
