Yoga - Strength, Balance & Stretch
This one hour intermediate class is designed to provide you with the benefits of traditional Hatha Style Yoga and the benefits of exercise. You will work up a sweat; learn 40+ poses, increase flexibility and balance. Improve your posture, build strength and increase body/mind connection. Supplies needed for class include a yoga mat, small towel and water in closed container.
