AMERICAN SPORTS EDUCATION PROGRAM
To help become an even more effective youth coach, coaches are required to participate in the American Sports Education Program (ASEP) Youth Coaching Clinic. The clinic includes thought-provoking video instruction, active learning exercises, and instructor-led group discussions, all related to coaching youth. You will share your ideas with others and also pick up new ideas. It's a great way to quickly enhance your coaching skills while having fun in the process. "Athletes First, Winning Second" is a motto that indicates striving to win is important in sports; however, no effort in striving to win should be done at the expense of any athlete's well-being, development and enjoyment.
