Denver Nuggets Skill Challenge

HAPPY NEW YEAR!  There were 51 participants that took part in the local Denver Nuggets Basketball Skills Challenge on December 10^th. 

The 1^st Place winners now move on to Sectional Competition on February 19^th in Pueblo.  Keep in mind, that if the 1^st place winners are not able to attend, we will be contacting the 2^nd place and 3^rd place finishers to see if they are able to take their place.  At the Sectional Competition, the first place boy and girl from each age group will advance and compete in the State competition which will be held in March in conjunction with a Denver Nuggets Game.

 

There were several local merchants that sponsored our local event.  They were Alpine Towing and Recovery, Cripple Creek and Victor Gold Mining, Jo-Mama's Pizza, O'Keefe Ceramics and Teller County Waste.  When visiting their place of business be sure to thank them for their support!
