Our water fitness classes are suited for all ages and fitness levels! Water fitness is a great way to workout while putting less stress on your joints and muscles. Not to mention, working out in the water helps build strength and allows for a greater range of motion.
Shallow Water Fitness
Class is held in water 3’6 to 4’6. Challenge yourself to an invigorating water workout. Activities will be geared to gradually improve stamina, increase flexibility and strengthen muscles.
Class is held in water 4’6 to 12’. Activities will be focusing on coordination, agility, range of motion, and cardiovascular improvements. Must be comfortable in deep water and wear the provided flotation device.
