City Council Recap for May 18, 2023
The May 18 City Council meeting began with considering candidates to fill vacancies on the Planning Commission. Council heard from two interested individuals, Don Dezellem and George Jones. Council appointed both to the Planning Commission to serve terms through January 1, 2024.
Mayor LaBarre and Council considered Ordinance 1446, adopting the Pikes Peak Regional Building Code, 2021 edition. The City of Woodland Park’s Planning and Building Department in partnership with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, is hosting a training session on June 15, 2023, open to interested area contractors. Registration is required for this training session.
Judges Char-Grill received approval for their request for a change of location for their Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License, relocating from 108 E Midland Avenue in Woodland Park to 100 Morning Sun Dr., in Woodland Park.
